Never going back to this location. The last two times were not great experiences. This time the woman making my sandwich kept crushing my sandwich with her breast every time she leaned forward into the case. The young man who served my son was great hence the 3 stars for service. The bathroom was atrocious with mold in the toilet, grimey sinks that kind of defeat the point of washing hands. That alone was solid reason for me to not return. I used to love this location, we even used them for our wedding but sadly it's gone downhill. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

The person working was very nice. He was closing up for the day but still made our order. He even drew a little kitty on the wrapper of my sub <3 honestly amazing! The sub was great like always! Service Take out Meal type Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I had the worst experience with them on 10/2/22.. I was missing more than half my sandwich along with the other 4 I had gotten. I did the order on the mobile app so that I could grab and go and that there wouldn’t be any confusion of what each sandwich had on it.. needless to say they didn’t come with everything on it we asked.. the fallowing morning I talked to the manager of the store who was extremely sorry and wanted to make everything right again. She offered a remake and full refund.. but here’s where it gets way above customer service duties. She told me she needed to clear it with the owners and if she could call me back in a bit.. when she did call me back she informed me the owner was coming up from Portland to deliver me my refund and 2 fresh made sandwiches made by herself.. sure enough after giving her my info later on that afternoon he showed up and gave me a full apology and my sandwiches and refund after driving from Portland to old town then another 1hr north to me.. I gave this store 5 stars any day for the management team they are amazing and make great sandwiches. Thank you soo much again for going way above customer service expectations. I don't know what happened to this location but it used to be the best one around. Now every time we order from here it's messed up. Last time was the last straw. A toasted sub that was toasted after all the veggies amd condiments went on it. A little common sense goes a long way in the food service industry. While you do need to tell them what you want on the sandwich, you shouldn't have to tell them how to do their job properly. The time before they put mayo instead of vinegar. Before that they put. Cold bacon on after toasting the sub. Something hasn't been right 1 time I the last 4 orders at least. Maybe the only option for this place is to go in and have it done in front of you. But they don't accept the online order coupons if you go in. So we order. Shouldn't have to sacrifice a correct order based on how you order it. It's on a list right in front of them when they make it. Do we not have any people capable of following simple directions anymore? Or do food service businesses avoid hiring people with any real ability to perform a job now? Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

I've been coming here for years and never had a problem at this location and the employees are always nice. The only reason I put 4 stars is for the only negative experience I had a while back. One female employee was letting a different employee have it about something that wasn't a big issue in front of us in line. When she was making my sub and I asked for honey mustard on it she gave me a disgusted look and said "really?". Look not everyone likes it but keep that stuff to yourself. Used to be my go to lunch spot for a quick meal in Old Town but got sick recently after my last visit. How old do pickles need to be to look “off”? Idk but they did and the spinach + lettuce was not too far behind. I knew better than to eat that sandwich but I was hungry…

Foods is always great at this store. It's always fresh and clean and the service is always amazing. This is the only subway I've seen the lids over the food closed while no one was inside, I thought that was just the greatest thing, lol! I know I can go to this subway and not want to turn and walk out. Like the one in Dedham. Nasty and not with a good meaning 🤔 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

The "melt" looks nothing like is advertised. I mobile ordered. Got there a little early so I didn't mind waiting. But there were 3 customers who got there order before me. (And they started making mine first) The sandwich was decent, but nothing like is advertised when you get the "melt". I also asked for a cup of water. He gave me small clear dixy cup, no lid, no stray. The was probably 4 oz of water to wash down my foot long sandwich. Quality of the food was okay. But when I spend $10 on a sandwich I would expect a little better service and maybe a little more water..... I got the Baja Steak Melt which was good. Which is why I am giving it 3 stars. The quality of service was 1 star.

I had 4 sandwiches made the other day and I was less than pleased. I asked the older woman making them to put lots of pepper on each. She stopped after a few shakes so I asked her to load it right on there. She shook the pepper shaker a few more times and said "That's enough". She then proceeded to lay her entire arm across each sandwich while trying to close them. I don't like confrontation so I didn't say anything but I guarantee I WILL NOT be having her make anything as long as she's working there.

I sat outside for 20 minutes trying to get the app to work and the order kept getting rejected. I know there was nothing wrong with my payment, I called my bank! So I went inside to see if they could still apply the promo to my order and a young gentleman told me no. As a former subway employee I know that was a lie. Also as I was walking out the door, a women walked up from the back and said “yes we can” and started showing him how… I waited and huh’d and no one said anything to me. We can’t all afford $10-$15 subs for the entire family but I still like to try treat my child to these luxuries and let him earn it and then choose where to go, only once every other week.. just for him to be denied.Disappointed.
