Went this morning asked for a chicken bacon ranch... then asked to replace the rotisserie chicken for grilled and they said they couldn't do that!!. I said I would pay extra!! But they kept saying no.. so i went to the one in the city of imperial where they do it no problem...🙄 last tike going there. Thanks!

First and foremost, not necessarily to the actual employee, even though you were reading from the receipt and making the sandwich on the piece of paper, I guess if I had a line of people waiting and was the ONLY employee working, I'd probably lose the ability to read under pressure too. But who in their right mind schedules ONE person every weekend? Not only did I wait for over 25 minutes when my online order said it was done when I got there, the wait would have been fine had I been given the right sandwich! Idk if you think you're saving money by not hiring or only scheduling one person on the weekends but in the 25 minutes I was sitting there at least 4 people got out of line and just left. I'm done with Subway, overpriced sandwiches and not even getting your own order if this were a one time thing then I understand, but idk how many times this has happened already. I will say, if you have no idea what you want to eat, just place an order and see what you get, it's like russian roulette with other people's orders. Service Take out
