Sylvester Subway was great! The Staff were very friendly & fast. A Women's Soccer Team came in while we were being waited on. Most of the Ladies were foreign and it got a bit loud but the Staff were so patient and professional with all of us. Great experience! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Rude employee on morning shift. She has problems with white people. When complaints are made the owner just blows it off and keeps the employee. Even when it's caught on video her behavior numours times. I refuse to use this fast food place any longer I always drive to the next town over that is not associated with this owner. Very made bad especially when it cost $19.35. This place will not accept coupons, and promos, nothing. I tried to call them to complain as soon as I received the sub and it when to an answer. Very awful experience from the African American woman taking orders. I've worked in Sylvester three years and Ive always eaten at the Subway there. Never have I had a worker with a worst attitude than hers. It seems as if there is a chip on her shoulder for "certain" people. After an altercation from a misunderstanding, the worker exchanging nasty curse words and as I was trying to explain what happened to who may have seemed like the manager (whom was in the back), she dismissed everything I tried to tell her. Sylvester Subway will never gain my business again! Nor anyone I know. Coming from one black female, SHE IS DEFINITELY BAD FOR BUSINESS!
