I placed an order online for delivery and they charged my debit and then they claimed I never put an order in. I called them and they hung up on me.

I visited subway on Sunday Feb 4 around 9:14 pm. The guy first did not request to place order since he was busy doing his work, then went inside and comes in front and ask Mr how can I help you? I said Can I get two footlong. And in return his response was ' do you want two footlong cookies'. I right away knew that he is not in mood to server. And then he told me just a moment and went to back again. Then I left the place since I don't want to eat food made with no good intentions. I wound not give any star to this subway. What a pathetic answer he gave me. I decided to buy food from other place. I will never go to this location again.

Quality service and quality food. This subway is awesome and very friendly with their customers. I would give it a 10 out of 5 if I could. Check it out, it’s under new ownership!

So today I asked for a foot long sandwich and I asked for it to be toasted but somehow it was still cold and then the employee was putting too much lettuce and spinach and then put too less of mayo. Looks like a new employee but do better. Also, had people waiting to order.
