I have stopped at all of the subways in the area and tried the subway by the movie theatre for something different.
When I walked in I was greeted quickly and the resteraunt was very clean. A few people were dining in when I was there.
I tried the new chicken sub and it was the number 9 the champ. I really enjoyed the sub, it had a lot of flavor and they didn't put a ton of dressing on it. I got the sub as the description except I added lettuce, tomato and pickles.
The staff were super friendly and helpful. It's one of the reasons why I stopped going for awhile. Other locations in the area I would get sparky remarks etc. Didn't happen at this location. I would defiantly come to this location again.
No problem finding parking at lunch time.
The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 would be the price. Everything was good and great staff, but the competition for subs in the area is high. I think every pizza shop has them, grocery store, resteraunt etc. The prices are higher then other resteraunts.
They did have a great deal on 3 subs which I would get in the future.

Went here a couple of times and always something different as a problem. 1st time I went the guy making my sandwich didnt have a mask on at all. 2nd time I went he didn't have it on correctly. 3rd time I went there were 7 patrons within subway without a mask on basically standing on top of each other not physically distant. 4th time I went same thing people not physically distant and some lady walked in and completely jumped to the front of the line after I had been waiting 15 mins already. The young girl who works here was nice and friendly only reason why I'm not putting a 1 star.
UNSANITARY HAND WASHING
We eat at your Dubois stores at least twice a week. The people used to befriendly and welcoming. The subs were always put together perfectly so we can eat them without falling apart.
Tonight Alexia and whoever the other girl was walked away from us when we walked in, alexia put the garbage down then ran her hands under the water to get them wet. I had to tell her 15 seconds 3 times before she washed her hands properly. Under water for 15 seconds was asking for too much because the alexia confronted me and yelling at me. After we checked out we were never greeted or thanked but the girl with no name tag yelled at me not to yell at her employees. Hopefully this is not how they were trained when taking classes to be certified to handle food. I am very disappointed in the people who were representing your business.

I loved this subway in particular because it was clean and tidy! The veggies and meat were very fresh. They also had veggie patty which is rare to find in subways. Great outlet overall.

First time using door dash. When the food arrived, I couldn't have been more disappointed. The hoagies were so cheaply done and had hardly any meat on them. Never had a problem with a Subway before. Always had good quality food. This experience was horrible. There are other Subways in the area. Do all you can to avoid this one.

So pretty sure the lady working there discriminated against me and my family for eating a vegan diet , told me none of their products were vegan when that obviously isn’t the case.. Not friendly at all to people who have compassion in mind when they make food choices..
Totally under staffed. They should not participate in express pickup if they cannot afford to employ the people to cover. Stood in line for 30 minutes while a 6 sub order was completed for Express pickup. That order was still sitting there waiting for pick up when I left. Owner rarely comes around eventhough she know there is a staffing problem. Employees they do have do the best they can
Mason was an amazing sandwich artist. He was very kind and well manor. I wish more were like him l. To bad we were just passing through.

Clean, friendly staff. I go here a lot for lunch during the week and have always gotten quick and friendly service. It's always just the right temperature, cozy. They always handle my odd requests well, and in general are just a great staff.
