Went here on Sunday evening at 5:00 PM. Ordered a Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap Melt. The guy goes like what? So we showed him a picture of it on the website. He didnt put ranch dressing on it and didnt heat it up. The chicken was so rubbery and almost raw. Same for the bacon. When we got home, I had to microwave it. The first half was decent once I finally ate it w/I ranch dressing & microwaving it. The picture is the second half. I couldn't even grab it put of the plastic to eat it. There was another girl that was working, all she did was put the order in the cash register and walked away. Horrible customer service & the worst sandwich/wrap I ever had from Subway. Anywhere!!!
Ordered in store for carry out, first thing we noticed was the meats counter covered up by sub paper. Are they hiding gnarly looking meat while you order? who knows. The guac looked old and browned with lettuce spilled all inside it. Cross contamination seems to be very common here. Finally checked out went to the drinks, tea looked disgusting. Overall this location leaves a-lot to be desired and will be steering clear of this location until they get it cleaned up.

Orders are hit and miss when placed through DD from this location. Today's took the cake though as the TERIYAKI blitz I ordered had not a single trace of the sweet onion teriyaki to be found anywhere on it and it was marked to be toasted but arrived cold and stuck to the paper. A few times the subs are spot on, other times they are either drowning in sauces or have not a trace of any on them. It's a mess and I wish there was more consistency to the way they are prepped.

I stopped by there around 4:10 pm and ended up leaving at 4:35 pm with no service at all. I went there to get a sandwich for work and when I got there the guy ignored me. And made 3 sandwiches when I got up to the line he ignored me and went outside. so I had to go to work with no lunch at all

I'm not a big subway fan. Because they are so cheap when making a sandwich the only reason I went in was for my stepson .Who ever came up with cutting the cheese in half so you don't get the whole pice on your sandwich and the quality of the meat is cheap, I'm not sure how they keep in business 🤔
