Out of the 2 Subway locations in Bryan I prefer this location. The service is always friendly and good, the staff may be in the back but they do look out front if not if you just call to the back for someone they do come right out. This of course is a staffing issue not caused by the employees. They are always kind and courteous. I am not sure what the issues with the Subway restaurants in this region but putting enough toppings on any sandwich you order is always an issue (ie, lettuce, tomato, etc...) it's like they must think people don't like their veggies. Just ask for more and they are happy to add more. I will continue to return to this location because of the quality and the customer service. Also they take coupons unlike the other location in town. Got a soup on my lunch, spilled because the lid wasn’t properly put on and no one would pick up my phone call when I did try calling. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10

I ordered food from there. The bread was so stale that I could barely bite into it. What I wanted on my sandwich wasn’t even right and my chicken so raw that I started puking. They need better management for their food. So sad how they serve costumers like that. Never again

I have never had subway that was this low quality in my entire life and this is the second time this location has done that , friendly word of advice , get subway by the clock tower, this one is a waste of your time and money.

Absolutely gross we did a pick up order from the app. I ordered a meatball with ranch and veggies and a veggie both foot longs. They did not sit at all when we got home but as soon as we opened them they were sloppy the meatball was so sloppy that it tore the paper and went everywhere.

It took 10 minutes for the worker to come out of the back of the restaurant after we hollered and then she was rude.
