Stale bread, veggies were not as fresh as usual. Only one person was working and she was rushing. Definitely needs more than one person to be efficient. Not blaming this employee just saying. Extremely disappointed. I ordered a sandwich for my lunch break for work. After eating a few bites I noticed SEVERAL long black hairs all through my sandwich. I couldn’t leave as I was at work so I went without for the afternoon. When I got out of work I went down to the store to see if I could get a refund. The girl called her manager and she told me that I could only get my money back if I had the sandwich with me. I showed her the pictures and explained that this was at 1:30pm. I was at work until 5pm and it was in the garbage at the store. She said she could remake it, so i’ll give them that, but I didn’t want a new one several hours later I wanted my money back. It was a $12 sandwich! I told her to tell the people working tomorrow that I will get the sandwich out of the trash and be back with it tomorrow. When there are coupons available and the manager decides he/she is going to sabotage their own business by refusing them, I won't be going back!!! I will be letting everyone I know too! I hope this place goes out of business!!! Meal type Dinner
