I'm a regular customer of Subway. First off, I spend 45-50 when I come in. Usually the late night guy is okay, not tonight. He had his friends inside when I came to pick up my food. I said hello, how you been. He said, "I've been busy, just like right now I have to make these guys' sandwiches. You're not the only one!" and proceeded to complain when I asked for a side of sauce to go with my pretzel and gave an over exaggerated loud sigh to let me know how displeased he was. I said, "Thank you," and he completely ignored me. Terrible service for someone who had put the tip online, and spent almost 50 dollars! If he doesn't want to make sandwiches, maybe he should be fired or quit instead of making people upset that spend that much money. My bf and I had subway last night at around 10:30pm and it seems like they were off because the marinara sauce was not there but we trusted it and my bf threw the meatball sub up next day at 1pm and left work early had to miss 7 hours of work for a trash sub. He didn't throw up what we ate this morning or yesterday morning he threw up the meatballs so clearly it was Subway that gave us food poisoning. I also have stomach issues. Disgusting. Very very very upset. I went into this location as I ordered 3 sandwiches online. They were paid for but I couldn’t order soup online for some reason so instead when I went to pick up the sandwiches I ordered two soups in store my niece didn’t know they had avocado so I politely asked Ricardo for a side of avocado he told me that they couldn’t charge me for a side of avocado which I found that weird because idc where you go you can be charged for a side of anything. So I called 3 other locations and they told me I could have very much been charged for avocado. Ricardo was being VERY rude and talking to his employee in Spanish as well but they didn’t think I knew Spanish and when I asked him what did he just say they both got quiet I told them don’t worry I’ll be in contact with corporate tomorrow. I called back to ask Ricardo why he lied and said they couldn’t charge me for a side of avocado he hung up in my face. I have a location right next door to my house but because this location is always clean I prefer to come here. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Closest in my neighborhood I always come on this location. Ladies in the noon shift are professional and good in customer service. But service on late time of the day is lousy and vegetables are old and mossy. There were two kids on 10/26/23 and charged me with extra 2 chips which I don't order. Management please check your employees that rips off customer like me. Thanks.

Ive never seen any management there. The buy one get the next one %50 off , with the app of course , didnt subtract that from the total. The sandwich was fine but nobody spoke English to get a credit from. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

I just went to this subway the employee was super slow which I didn’t even mind but perhaps it was pass his bed time, what worried me was that he had just finish cashiering/handling money and didn’t bother to wash his hand and went straight to putting on his gloves touching the gloves all around as he opened them. I didn’t wanted to tell him anything because I was more embarrassed but I was pretty grossed out to even eat my sub. I hope this subway has better training and makes sure their employees wash their hands after handling money or simply have more staff one cashiering and once prepping food. I went during lunch today to pick up subs for two coworkers and I. Two subs were made incorrectly, so I had to leave work again to return to the restaurant to ask them to remake the subs. I took the incorrectly-prepared subs with me knowing they had to be thrown out and to prove that we weren’t trying to get anything for free. The employee, Marliseth, was rude and claimed that I must have ordered the incorrect subs. I asked her if she could remake them or refund me my money and ring me up for the correct subs, she refused. I’m not a combative person, and I hate conflict, so I did not want to argue with Marliseth. So, I just had to order two new subs and pay, again, so that they could correct my order. The incorrect subs were not eaten, they were thrown out. It’s not about the money; I could care less about the cost. It’s about the discourteous attitude and lack of customer service this front-end employee showed while representing the Subway brand.

The guy here late night is very nice and super patient. Food looks good and ill be back here again. Definite late night spot from now on.
