Chose this subway being closer to me, but the last few times I have come here, the dining room and behind the counter needs cleaning. I realize they cannot get people to work, but the ones working should attempt to keep the area cleaner when there are no customers. They have a 96 rating which I don’t know how. There was left out roast beef at the cutter and looked like built up meat on the blade part. So I don’t know who to complain to but that’s my rant for the day. I had sent someone to pick up my order which was supposed to be two 12-inch Philly cheesesteak subs. When I got my subs they were just plain to steak stubs nothing on it, not what I ordered. It took me about 9 times to get someone to answer the phone and to remake my order. The person I spoke with on the phone was absolutely rude and wasn't going to remake my subs because I didn't have the original ones that they made wrong. The lady on the phone was rude and not only that she made it clear that if I didn't save my subs from the ones they messed up I would not be getting my redone, they need to make it clear on the counter or on the menu inside that if the order is not right and you don't save your food whether it be a week or two you won't be getting it remade ridiculous. She told me but I won't do it again. When I went inside to pick up my order that I recalled in dirt road rolling eyes very short non-professional was what I would call it not polite at alland did not apologize for nothing. When I got my new order back home I had asked the lady did the Philly cheese steak come with sauteed peppers and onions and she told me yes I should have kept my steak subs from the start this was the worst Philly cheese steak I've ever had in my life big clumps of raw onion and peppers and God forbid what happened to the damn Philly cheesesteak meat it was clearly the ungodliness worst experience and awful sandwich I've ever tried to eat and I'm not even going to consider taking my food back the second time I will not ever eat there again they need to take Philly cheese steak off the menu because they clearly don't know how Philly cheese steak sandwiches off the menu because they clearly don't know how to make they clearly don't know how to make clearly don't know how to make them. Food is always fresh but the service is belittling & beyond rude. Use to have a great staff but now Tracy. She is hateful & quick to get upset, roll her and all but throw out out if you if ask questions. The new sub come w/American cheese dont ask for Provolone that was enough for me to get looked at & talk to like I was an inconvenience & how dare I. I Am good if I never use that location again while she's there. I felt like I did something wrong. It was just cheese.i never leave comments on things like this but it's been a couple days and I still am bothered but the way I left that store feelings like slime.in her shoe. Never again with her. Do not go to this subway if you plan on ordering from their menu. They don’t even know what they provide, and refuse to make it correctly. When you ask for your food to be right, they tell you they won’t serve you. The manager Tracy is a rude, nasty human. She’s disrespectful. Everyone pray for her, so maybe she’ll be a better manager. Tracy is a rude manager. We will not be eating there any longer. I asked for a sub off their menu, when it was made incorrectly I told her I’d like it made the way it’s posted on the board and she told me they would not be serving me. They’ve added a guard to the food so you can no longer see the quality of meats they’re putting on your sandwiches. Tracy is a disgusting manager. I’ll never be going back to subway. Churro was very bland and disgusting. I've had churro from other places and it tasted great. The churro here is lacking and the taste department. It has cinnamon on it but still tasted bland . A waste of money

This is the closest subway to my house, but I'll pass it to go to any other subway. I have given this particular store numerous chances to prove its competency, but I've had no luck. Every time I have ordered it has been wrong or messed up in some way. The wait is ridiculous and most of their employees are well below sub-par. They're never prepared or simply have no clue what they're doing. I don't recommend ordering unless you're holding their hand while they make your order and you plan to wait an ungodly amount of time to get it. Do not stop at this Subway as it is out of the way for us. Decided to stop in as we drove past and really glad we did. Two great people inside young man? Manager and young lady took care of our order promptly and efficiently and the sandwiches were excellent. Think I will drive back there the next time I need subway! Some of the sweetest young ladies in the morning and their customer service skills are beyond comparison to others! Always make my foot long exactly how I like it the cookies are amazing every time! I would drive across town to come here! Very clean and I would highly recommend them to anybody! Great food and awesome service makes me a forever customer!!
