Got here at 8:40 pm, doors were locked. Could see the young man inside but he just ignored me and kept on cleaning.
The sign on the door clearly states what time they close.
If you close at a different time POST IT!

Before coming to this location, I checked Google for what time they closed, which stated 9 pm. Upon entering at, the window said they closed at 9 pm as well.
I got my food and dined inside, I sat down at 7:45 pm. At 8:00 the female manager in a mask, approached me and said they are closing. The lights were turned off WHILE I was eating.
I've spent many years in the restaurant business and this is unacceptable. If you close at 8 pm, update your information. I will NEVER visit this terribly ran location, ever again.

They were slow, slow , slow but at least they were nice with a go attitude. The sandwich was made very cheap they put very little in it. A little pricey 14.00 for just a ham sandwich.

I take out from the Subway in Willow Park and this store is great the staff is great the store is clean the food is fresh and rotated frequently I do not have one single complaint about this store and I've been going there for years

Awesome service and this subway is cheaper than most, but I have never seen a more stoned worker in my life. The guy could barely hold his eyes open, it was repulsive. Not a good look.

The lobbby was locked, even though the sign on the door said they closed at 9. The kid working informed me that the drive-thru was open until 9, but the lobby closed at 8.
The sign on the door needs to reflect that.
Also, the wait in the drive-thru queue was too long!
We worked with Ann to create a catered order for an event we were having. The order was prepared on time as requested with generous portions. We would recommend this location.

Total rip off. Never eating at Subway again. Ordered 2 sandwiches online for $16 and had TWO Subway stores tell me my order did not exist and there was nothing they could do. Subway corporate has ignored my request for a refund.

Use to be my favorite, but they are cheating on the double protein on the tuna. A normal footlong tuna is 4 scoops. Was there today and got the double protein. They only put 5 scoops. Didn't realize that 4 x 2 = 5! Other subway locations are doing the same. One location is doing 6 scoops. I have found a few that are doing the correct 8. Have already contacted corporate. Let's see what happens.
