My partner and I stood at the counter for 10 minutes. I used the bathroom and came back and waited. No one was in the store. I could see they had it online orders, but no one ever even came and talked to us in the 10-15 minutes we stood in line, waiting. The food carts on Washington street offer a WAY better experience, even when it’s pouring rain. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
Another order gone wrong! Ordered 2 footlongs, a lemonade and a New Pretzel Sidekick. Paid online. Husband went to pick up order and was told "sorry we're out of pretzels, I put a couple of cookies instead." First, I didn't order cookies. Second, the pretzel is $3, so 2 cookies is an equivalent substitute? A 6 pack of cookies are $3.99. Are you kidding me? I was not only disappointed with not being able to try the new pretzel, but was also ripped off in the process! This subway has become a joke. They think that they can get away with cheating people because they are the only thing open all night. Absolutely Ridiculous Price per person $10–20
Worst meatball sub ever. They shorted me on meatballs and made up for it with extra sauce. I ordered double cheese and toasted to keep meatballs in place. With every bite squirted sauce or flung meatballs all over me and the floor. This is something I order often and never had one made this poorly. I won't go back. This one is always ridiculous, keep thinking it will get better but only worsens. Lady wouldn't listen to what I want on my sandwich she tried adding things I didn't want and when is all for items like olives or was 2 and 3 at a time, onions 1 piece at a time, then did the same to my husband trying to add sauces he didn't want. I finally said your making out sandwiches not yours, but wet can do this one price at a time if you want so 8 rounds of add olives, 6 rounds for onions. Just silly and sad. I definately an done giving them my money. Looks like I'm finding a new sandwich place I'm sure even dominos can Make them better with 200% better customer service.!!!!!! Food: 1

Just got a spicy Italian and a teriyaki steak forot long subs. The young man who helped me was very nice and though there were several people waiting I did not feel rushed. Subs were good, met our needs. Thank you! Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I don’t know the name of the manager that working around 5:30pm but she was being rude to what I think was a new worker. She was telling him to hurry up in front of the customers and even had me rushing to pick what I wanted. When her co-worker came in she kept saying things under her breath to her co-worker as if she was talking bad about the new hire. I honestly thought he was nice and patient with the customer and made my sandwich how I liked it. She needs to coach them on the back not in front of everyone to embarrass him. Sad to see him go through that he was a nice kid. People like her shouldn’t be given manager positions. I get having a long line but still doesn’t mean you can boss people around like that, especially in front of everyone. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

The young gentleman who created my sandwiches was great. However, I have not eaten at a Subway in almost 15 years. It's gonna be another 15 before I go back. I can't quite explain the taste of their "meats". Subs are my favorite thing to eat, and until Subway figures out how to get meat that actually tastes like meat, I'm done. Italian bread doesn't taste like anything either. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
I was the only one in the lobby. It was clean but dark. All of the windows are covered by mesh? the sun was shining directly through the drive-thru window, which was covered with cardboard. Hopefully, someone gets them some more of the subway mesh for it. Most of the vegetables were wilted, lettuce, spinach. The tomatoes and cucumbers were starting to shrivel up. The lady waiting on me had to keep asking me what type of sandwich and toppings I wanted, which was great for me. I got exactly what I wanted. Perfect customer service. Most of the meat and vegetables looked as if they had set out well past the expiration time. Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
We went through the drive thru after a long (rough) day of doctors appointments. I ordered the veggie delight. The guy taking the order was delightful. Paid and took our food home. Took out my sandwich, and it was just the bread. No oil and vinegar like I was specifically asked, twice. No provolone, like I was asked again, twice. And no veggies. I called the store, and the gal told me if I didn't ask for veggies, I wouldn't get veggies. Uhm, I ordered the VEGGIE DELIGHT. She stood firm in the fact a veggie delight would not come with veggies unless I asked for veggies. Ok... well what about my provolone and vinegar and oil? Those were SPECIFICALLY ORDERED. I just got the same response over and over. When I confirmed that ordering a veggie delight would only get me a half foot of bread for five dollars and some odd cents, she stated that was right. Needless to say, I will not be going back to the Subway in Dallas Oregon. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10
