Manager won’t allow use of ANY Subway coupons. I guess he thinks he’s special and doesn’t have to follow the rules like the rest of the store owners. Sorry but I won’t be back anymore. Had excuse after excuse talking with the manager. I don’t say this to bad mouth but I would’ve liked to have known this before I drive all the way there. So now every can see instead of posting tiny signs that you can’t read print.
This subway deserves a ZERO. The workers are rude. This woman did an entire order with a man who spoke Spanish and I waited patiently for my turn. She took his money, looked at me and walked off. When I looked in the back she and another worker were just standing around talking to each other. This is not the first time this has happened. These workers are rude and shouldn’t work in a job where they have to interact with people.
Should have a zero.. they ran a woman out of subway for a SERVICE DOG. said it was to small at 1st and then tried to say that they weren't allowed in subway. Rude as always.
If could put zero I would worst customer experience ever. It's Saturday Oct 8th 6pm this subway is in Walmart super center and the two kid there obviously don't want to do anything at all. I stood there with 2 people in front of me for 15 to 20min they never even made eye contact and didn't get 1 sandwich made the entire time!!! If someone else would get in line they would look at each other then stare at the ground and move even slower!!! I never give people in fast food hard time but these two guys don't deserve to have a job... worst cx service ever
Where do I start.....a lot of the veggies didn't look fresh at all. Lettuce were turning brown, olives looked dried up. Containers that hold the veggies look like they aren't cleaned before refilling, dried up food on edges of those containers. A fly was inside the cookie case walking all over the cookies. The ice machine was down and the guy working didn't even mention it when ordering nor did he care to offer a bottled drink from the cooler since there was no ice.. Lastly, while he (the employee) sits and plays in his cell phone between customers, all the tables in the dining area are dirty and in need of wiping down. It was a no for me, my friend ate but I just couldn't!
I am very disappointed today. One of my kids went into Subway in the walmart and ordered a sandwich. Paid for it with her debt card. The transaction was forwarded to her email as complete but the Subway would not give her sandwich as they say they didn’t receive the transaction. I guess with proof the customer is wrong........ Don’t worry I gave the 16 year old you ripped off her money so she could go somewhere else.
Absolutely horrible every time I go there. They are constantly running out of bread and meat. The older lady that works there is always rude! So she decided to start making my sandwich , saw a pile of tuna that I guess was dropped on the counter, scrapes it up in her hands, throws it away and continues making my sandwich. That’s disgusting!! she either should have left the mess there until she was done or changed her gloves... even if my first experience is bad I always give a second try because everyone is entitled to a bad day but it’s consistently horrible at this subway.
Their prices are significantly higher than other subways. Last week we ordered a fooling ham and a footlong Spicy Italian. They charged $9.49 foe each before tax. These were not combos and there was none of the extras added to the sandwiches. Go to any other Subway and you will pay $3 less per sub.
