Went over for lunch , the items on the board were priced in error. Upon , speaking with the owner Clarence Dewayne Singletary I was rudely informed that as a black woman I shouldn’t have expected him to sale at the displayed price , he yells I have 3 employees to pay , you can call Cooperate hell I’ll call for you you. In which he would not as I waited for him to do so.He then told me to look it up myself. I’m in extreme shock that the owner displayed such character in front of his staff and customers. As I walk out the door he states you wouldn’t ask the white folks to do it. What does race have to do with an error on his establishments behalf? This was a very humiliating experience. I hope no one else experiences this.

I went in to this subway to get some cookies and that’s it. The lady that was working in there by herself did not greet me and the other customer and she also took her time at the back of the store before coming to the front. She was so rude and had a very bad tone as if she had a bad day. I told her that I want 4 oatmeal raisin cookies and so happens to be that she had every cookie except those so I told her that’s okay have a good and day. And she went to make a very disgusting facial expression. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER AT SUBWAY!!!! I will stick to going to the one off state street where they are always happy.
The service is excellent. The staff is very friendly and customer oriented. The salad I ordered was carefully prepared, fresh and delicious. I highly recommend this Subway.
