I went to get subs tonight. I walked in and there were only 2 employees. The one employee was sitting down eating and there was only 1 guy who was helping a line of people that were there during supper time. The guy seemed ornery, frustrated, would not smile, very blunt. He seemed very annoyed that he was doing everything by himself. He didn't ask if we wanted our subs toasted, he just did it. When the subs were toasting, he was pacing back and forth while they were toasting and seemed very angry. It was not a good experience. I think I'll be trying to find another sub place.

Sub was poorly made. I asked for double meat but didn't get it. I also wanted it toasted but it wasn't. Lastly I wanted a sidekick but this store never has any in stock. Very disappointed in this sub from subway.

Today my VERY pregnant sister went out in the near 100° weather to satisfy a 3rd trimester craving of Subway, she did not expect to be body shamed and made to feel badly for her choice between heat stroke and a crop top. I am appalled that a Subway worker thought it was appropriate to be so rude and judgemental towards a mother of 2 near ready to give birth to child number 3!? Shame on you!! That worker deserves to be reprimanded at the very least and my sister deserves an apology for the body shaming that caused her to cry in her car while shaking with embarrassment over her sub she no longer had appetite for! Smh seriously appalling behavior, nor professional in the least bit!

When we went in, there were no other customers. Two of the three employees went oit for a break.
Quickly there was a line behind us as we placed our four sub order to go.
The employee had asked us to please excuse her as she went to grab her coworkers to help her. We understood and were sympathetic.
The employee was friendly despite the backed up line.
Very pleased with the quality of food and service (although, we were first in line so I am sure others will have a different review of the situation)
I was told to "never return" because i deigned to take a couple plastic forks without paying for something first... am i in the wrong? Maybe, was 0.01 cents of forks worth giving me the business about? Probably not.
Was overcharged, told it was "inflation", and told to call back when reached the manager to discuss the problem. Past experience does not make this service acceptable. We will be checking out other sub options.

Well I just feel bad for the kids they have working there. Some lady was yelling and degrading the workers while I was trying to place my order. I waited for her attention so I could let her know what I wanted. When she turned back at me, she scowled and treated my wife and I both with obvious contempt as if we were the cause of her distress. This might be the first time I ever wrote a review. I wonder if that woman is supposed to be on medication. Maybe the health plan doesn't cover psych services for managers or supervisors or whatever title she states her authority under. I couldn't help but think of the movie Misery because this is an extremely unhappy person. Maybe because her name means dirty? Anger addicts don't make good bosses to work under. The only reason I went in was because my wife told me the lady she didn't feel comfortable around was there again. I thought she was just being sensitive but she was right. Neither of us even spoke a word once we got our food because it was so tense in there and the younger workers looked like they were just used to being treated badly. We only go once a month or so but recently it's become more unfriendly and if she isn't the owner of the place, then the owner should know what's going on with their teenage employees as this sort of thing can cause major liability in a franchise. The food seemed ok but the mood was spoiled. I see someone else posted a review who had a similar experience with her so I'm sure it wasn't me upsetting her. (Apologies for assuming the pronouns, I don't mean to offend or assume the gender if it is a trans person or dysphorian or gender fluid individual)
