Our sandwiches were good pretty tasty. Unfortunately their warmer was broken that was fine because they said they could warm up the meatballs and cheese in the microwave. I said that’s what I wanted but then they put the meatballs and cheese on the sandwich and I said oh wait, can I have that warmed up and she rolled her eyes and took her gloves off and put them in the microwave safe bowl.I got mine and then when the same thing happened with my friend, they looked at each other and rolled their eyes again. Not the best customer service. I will continue to come to this subway, because my previous experiences here were fine. Maybe the staff will have better attitudes next time.🙂
