This location has come a long way in customer service and quality. My husband comes here often, and he is a picky person, so if he's satisfied, then that is saying a lot. Of course it is expensive as everything is everywhere but it is worth it with all the different menu options and polite staff. Download the app for rewards! They were very busy and only two people working. They had it together even with a line there not much of a wait. We got through so fast and everything was great. I was impressed with this store. The only downside was that the dining area was messy no clean tables. I understand that this is due to the busyness.

I used to eat there 2 or 3 times a week........NO more! The past few times the person behind the counter was not properly trained. Last night the young lady behind the counter was more worried about playing on her phone than helping customers and doing her job. She didnt listen to what I was ordering and had to ask over and over. She put one single slice of ham on my sandwich when I ask for double meat. I will not go back for awhile especially if I see that girl behind the counter. I shouldn't have to tell her how to do her job.

Ordered online and had been told several occasions by a nice older subway worker that since it was paid online I didn't have to wait for the line and she always would just give me my order. However this time I did the same thing and this chubbier lady told me that I had to wait in line, I explained to her that I had already paid for it, and my order was right behind her. She gave me an attitude and told me that I still had to wait in line. I waited and once it was my turn she just grabbed the subway that was already done and paid for and gave it to me rudely. I would not have minded waited since it was only one lady in front of me, even though I didn't have to, it was more her attitude.

Ok so after my third terrible experience with this restaurant, I feel it's no longer a fluke. This subway is unhygienic, and the staff obviously do not want to be there, or do their jobs. I expect slow service and poor quality food. It comes with cheap restaurants, but this is unacceptable. The young lady in charge of the breads and meats was wearing several loose fitting rubber bracelets, all of which touched my bread (and who knows what else before hand). She used soiled gloves that made my tuna have salami grease on it. And to top it all off, she dripped snot from her runny nose on my wife's sandwich. She was even aware of this, and didnt even say she was sorry, let alone do anything about it. The young lady in charge of toppings would repeatedly and openly whisper and gossip to the first one while they made our sandwiches, dispite an ever growing line behind us. If your in the clanton area, just dont bother going here.
