Just taking the time to leave a review because the guy taking the orders was so fun. Can't remember his name. But he was so happy and enthusiastic, told each of us to stay hydrated and be careful and have a great day. Literally brought a smile to everyone :) Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Absolutely horrible service. We try to come here for lunch during school, since it’s near the high school, and it’s often packed. The employees make absolutely no effort to speed up the process, leaving us waiting in line for 30 minutes at a time. They are in no rush. They also mess up almost every order, forgetting cheese or adding unnecessary items. When we ask them to fix the sandwiches they make us wait for a ridiculous amount of time and reheat them with cheese, making everything soggy. They won’t give us a refund or new sandwiches.
