One of the better subways, staff is able to make good suggestions and is always friendly..they work hard during that lunch rush

I got the #17 because the ad on the wall said “MEATIER and 2X cheese.
Which in reality would make it a normal sized sub or hero one would get ANYWHERE ELSE.
The employee put down enough meat to visibly cover the bottom piece of bread and 4 small cheese triangles that pretty much disappeared after being toasted. How in the world does this chain have repeat customers?
I genuinely can not figure it out
Is advertising really this affective?
Is there anything more pathetic than corporate greed?

Stopped in for a quick lunch and liked it. The staff working there this time were good with people (attentive, patient, and accommodating). The sandwich was good quality and tasty. The facilities were fine, and there was little wait even though it was lunch time. I've been to some of the other chains lately like Jersey Mike's and they're okay but limited in choice and a bit of hype. Good food with more choices, an equivalent price range to the competition, and it was the staff this time that made the visit better.
