Our 1st employee was not friendly or helpful but our 2nd employee; Aiden made up for it! He was quick, helpful and very personable! He made small talk while making our sandwiches and genuinely seemed to care about our experience! Great work to Aiden for making up for his coworkers short comings! My experience at the Andover Subway was superb. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese sandwich, drink, and cookie and enjoyed it quite a lot.
