We were visiting Somerset for a basketball tournament. Our team needed lunch so my wife and I stopped in to try to get a bunch of subs made simply and quickly. They didn’t have the bread made yet or the veggies prepped at 11:15am. The one employee I dealt with didn’t seem remotely interested in making sandwiches for us. We took our business next door to the local grocery store and bought $150 worth of groceries to make our own lunches. We probably would’ve spent more at Subway but they weren’t ready for customers.

Another terrible fast food location from this town, the people at both this location and Dairy Queen are so brainless this is the only occupation they can do. I feel sorry for their lifestyles and how they can only feel sorry for themselves for giving such little effort in life. Sad excuses of human beings. Needless to say this man made our subway sandwich’s wrong. He needs to go back to grade school.

You worker Lucas needs a raise. He has to be my favorite employee there. He was super friendly and told me things that would work and taste really good on my sandwich.

The staff has improved, the food is always good, its a sandwich. The price.. if this hasn't been said enough by everyone who buys anything these days. Prices are too high, but I can live with it. My issue is the tipping question, I just spent $24 on 2 turkey sandwichs, with only mayo. Now the machine is going to make me feel almost obligated, or I'm the jerk if I don't tip 20%. You want your employees tipped, leave the jar out that was good enough. Don't make me say no, as the employee stares at me. And I know they are in the food industry they can get tips, I'm sure slicing open a sub, asking me 2 questions qualifies you to get tipped in today's world. Regardless do the customer a favor, since we are spending $50 for a meal, get rid of the tip feature on the machine. Love the store doing a great job, Boston is very friendly love it.
