I had a very good experience at Subway's Juana Diaz. The employees were very cordial and professional. Even though they seemed to have a lot of work in all they were very nice and quick. The store was also very clean.
I have been going to this subway for almost 2 years now. It's convenient because it's close to my work and I can just go there for lunch and grab something healthy and quick. They are usually out of most things I like. For example carrots, cucumbers, jalapeño, spinach. I end up most of the time with lettuce tomato and pickles. Oh well, I've tolerated the non sense long enough. I found a rock in my tuna. Yes, I let the manager Beatriz know and she decided to throw out the spinach when I told her it was most likely in the tuna. Initially she offered to remake the salad but after biting into the ROCK I just wasn't hungry anymore. She refunded my money instead. I have filled out surveys and noted that there was a lack of cleanliness in the seating area. But today was the icing on the cake. This shows a lack of discipline for this place. I'm sad about it.
As every subway throught the world. It depends who is behind the counter. The experience senior sandwich maker that gets tour order right the 1st time or the inexpensive employee that after you tell them 3 times or more how you want your sandwich they still get it wrong.
