The food was decent the service was bad I had a employee making my footlong and in the middle of making my footlong he goes to attend another customer then comes another employee puts my food in the toaster and left to help a customer that was in the drive-thru after 3 minutes another employee comes and takes out my food and proceeds to finish my footlong the atmosphere of inside the store is nice it gives off a subway store vibe you know only thing was that it was too cold it felt like I was freezing and the outside atmosphere it's decent but no one expects a subway in the middle of a avenue overall my worst experience with subway and I was surprised about my experience because I haven't had a single bad experience with subway for more than 3 years. Very organized super busy both the drive thru & the inside. There were only 2 employees. I went inside, even though it was slammed both inside & out in the drive thru. These two employees had a great system going & they were getting every order out without missing a beat. They also were polite & attentive.

Slow. They move like pond water. Girl taking the order at the drive through was all confused, guy giving out the orders at the window was lost, and to add insult to injury, they burned the pizza. Where was the manager? - Sep 30, 2021 5:30-6:00 pm

Food is as good as any other Subway BUT drive thru clerks are always either not paying attention to your order and their constant misinformation for not doing so can become irritating.

Used to work at the second store the franchise opened here and let me tell you, it is not near what it was before. Still, the Club and the BMT are still a good choice.. they sometimes have specials. There are a few of them, Google it... Check the tuna before buying it.

Fast service and clean place, the cashier was incredibly irritable though, one of those people who hate to let you finish your sentence, or order, in this case. This was during the morning shift.

Great taste... But when going inside the fumes are highly agressive to your eyes making it almost impossible to remain there. Talking about the Arecibo 129th road unit.
