Not all breads available, old menu, bottled water not cold, staff more interested in their own conversations, charges extra for basic sides, no salad option, spinach had been frozen and thawed, floors were greasy feeling, every table was dirty, said they had chips but not displayed, when asked about what flavor chips available employee acted like it was a bother. Water leaking from the drink machine told employees they said ok but no effort to clean up. Bathroom was very clean.

I went to Subway at Sultana Shopping Center Carr 2 Int. Carr 114 Km 11.7 Mayaguez PR 00685. I wouldn’t recommend this place to no one. The place was dirty, there was flies all over the cold cut and pernil was old and it smell. I went back inside to get my money and one of the employee stated that he wasn’t authorized to give refund. But they would sell you food that is old, smells and place is dirty. It seems that they don’t care about people’s health. This place needs to be shot down ASAP.

It was a very poor esperience. They had no high chairs for kids. Many of the menu items were not available. The employees were singing and dancing to very obscene music about sexual intercourse even though I was there with my kids. Not family friendly at all.

Ordered a meatball sandwhich they had no meatballs so I ordered a BMT as dressings asked for oil, vinegar and sweet onion the end result came with a hint of oil no sweet onion or vinegar whatsoever. Also asked for a big cup of lemon Iced tea they gave me a regular cup of coke all of which i noticed when I got home because I ordered through the damn drive-tru. To top it off I waited like 12 minutes which I do not mind but if you make me wait 12 minutes I expect you to get my order right. I dont mind being asked again or waiting for that matter but today they blew it.
Bad service. Employees served me a wrap which was cold, not cut, didn’t ask if it was to go or otherwise, payed absolute no attention to the customers and just added ingredient after ingredient with miserable looks. It was a disaster. Horrible experience.
Good spot, with the expected quality, service and overall customer experience from other branches. Not much to add if you already visited other Subway locations.
