I arrived at 8:25pm and employees took a while to open the doors. Place already clean and ready to close. Bad actitudes, and sandwich not done correcly. And got my drink from the back room wich I didn't drink due to lack of confidence Sims like they got bothered by my time of arrival and wanted to go early. And told me only to go order. Dinner already clean including soda machine.

Not the best service I've received. Both of the employees seemed to be in a rush to get rid of the customers so they could receive the product shipment, but only managed to mess up the orders of those in front of me. The cashier was very rude, not really sure if it was her first time working but I'm pretty sure telling a customer to be quiet so you can think is not practiced professional ettiquette at all. They also never seem to have any meatballs for their subs. Why even announce it? Even wished the cashier a wonderful day while offering a smile because I thought she was having a terrible day only to be frowned at and then ignored. Very sure I'm not going back. The food used to be passable, but after seeing the staff they have I'm pretty sure I'd like to pay more, get more and be treated courteously. I've worked with the public and I'm very certain that there is room for LOT of improvement in this establishment.
Customer service is horrible. The employees have no enthusiasm to work. One employee rolled her eyes at me. She literally didn't want to work and tried to persuade a coworker to do her job. They started arguing infront of customers. Why do people work on these restaurants with such hostile and horrible personalities? Maybe subway should pay them more to, they aren't motivated. I'm not coming back until the management do something.
They asked me the entire order again on the window after ordering and I asked for a sandwich with no vegetables and they still put vegetables in plus in the drive thru there is a bad odor and people asking for money with their masks down. I suggest a change on the management of the place.
Treated kindly. There was just another person ordering but the tables were dirty. We were the only ones sitting but we have to clean the table we picked because the rest were dirtier.
Horrible customer service, employees are extremely hostile to all customers during night service hours. My experience visiting this location has been so bad it lowered from 4 stars to 1, but deserves a 0. I will not visit this subway location again until staff is properly trained and replaced with quality customer caring staff.
The establishment should seriouslyconsider changing staff to improve customer relations.
Food and service did not meet the standards. Employees were not motivated to provide good enough service. Food was not as expected. Recommend retraining employees or signing new once.
