I hate to write reviews like these, but it is necessary because it shows there's room for improvement. If I could give it half a star I would. There has not been a single time I've visited that I had a good experience. That's if they do not close the door 15 minutes before closing. If it is an order like a Cary out, why is it so hard to prepare a small, simple sandwich straight from the menu, with nothing else that would make you waste 8 minutes on my order? This happened more than twice. So if you see it's a quarter to ten, even if the sign says "open', even if it is all open (even the door) do not, I repeat, DO NOT BOTHER TO TRY TO ORDER A 6" YOU WILL BE TURNED AWAY. And mind you, there's no specialty machine that was just cleaned as closing.
I worked at a fast food joint in my youth. You do start doing closing chores before store closing. But you KEEP THOSE DOORS OPEN UNTIL THE TIME YOU ADVERTISE!!!
Then there's the food. No matter what time of the day you go to order, some meats are dry. But that's not my complaint. Is it so hard to ask for one of your teriyaki items without repeating my order FOUR times and still they got it wrong. I get sometimes newer employees need time to get the hang of things but that doesn't excuse a "goldfish" memory after I've repeated four times my order. I don't mind repeating the order as long as they GET IT RIGHT.
It's no mystery why the place is hardly ever packed.
I do hope they improve and they take these words only as constructive criticism. Because they do need it. I don't expect a 5 star experience, but could you please raise it up to at least 3 stars? Trust me it would make a world of difference.

Love subway.btw this one was clean great staff new stuff like sautee subs and they have PASTA Not every subway got the updated stuff. This location was great.

Its ok. I purchased BMT when arrived at work ck my meal it was chicken sandwich. I was very disappointed.. went again purchased BMT but make sure BMT.

The employee apparently was about to clock out and when I got home everything was a mess. She seemed to have put leftovers over a piece of bread. And it's sad because usually the day shift employees are very thorough.

This is not that I hate Subway. It's because unfortunately with all the destruction that both hurricanes Irma and Maria left us here in Caguas I cannot find a Subway to go and eat there.
