They haven't had all of the ingredients for our sandwiches (from their own menu) the last 4 or 5 times we have gone to The Colony and Plano locations, and the most convenient locations near us don't accept coupons, either. Not sure why we keep coming back, but I for sure don't think the sandwiches are worth full price anymore. Customer service- meh. Location was clean in the interior. Exterior is busy.
