I just by the subway for a little bite while on my road trip. I was greeted with warm welcome and a big smile the store was very clean and neatly kept. The food on the chill line look so freshly kept and clean the lady that serve me she was very polite, very friendly, her conversation was very smoothe (i believe she was the manager). My sandwich was rapped very neat and well put together and it was very tasty THIS WAS MY BEST SUBWAY EXPERIENCE EVER. I will definitely visit back this subway. I have to give this location 5 stars for the effort of the employee working today he was alone during a lunchish - dinner rush. Was it a long wait time yes, did people leave because of it? also yes. But that is ok he was friendly, attentive and did his best for the circumstances. I read these reviews and honestly I can sympathize with other customers but you can't blame the employees. You can only blame the owners if the owners don't care then neither will the employees. I've worked in customer service for 7 years and I feel like most people forget happy employees make happy customers. So if you're upset about the service and cleanliness blame the owners. This employee did his best! Could the owner have jumped in to help their team yes! But did they? Absolutely not! and it shows with all these negative reviews. Show passion for your business and compassion to your employees and maybe this location will become a favorite location here in Castle Rock. Do better. So apparently if they just decide to close early they can, everywhere online says 7:30, went in at 7:50, lights were off and staff was on there way out, I should then that online it says 8:30 and asked when I could call to speak to a manager, very rude women told me she was the manager and that she was leaving and I needed to get over it, I asked how I could contact the owner or corporate and she said that I couldn’t. Absolutely disgusting!!! If the owner reads this then you need to get better employees otherwise you are going to fail as a business Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Frustrating experience. I placed an online order to be pick up on my way home from work at 5:30 for my family of seven. When I arrived at 5:15 they had not even received my order. I asked about it and the two guys behind the counter looked shocked to see me. I told them about my online order. They checked the computer and sure enough it was there. When the order printed the gentleman made a face at each other about how big the order was. I was told it would be 10 minutes to make it. I said sure, since I was early, 45 minutes later they said my food was ready but they were out of the chocolate chip cookies that I ordered! I said could they make some?! The guy said no but he could offer me another sandwich. I said I didn’t want a sandwich but the chocolate chip cookies I ordered! I said if I can’t get the chocolate chip cookies then I wanted a refund. At that point he said he could make my chocolate chip cookies and it would take 10 minutes. I said that would be ok. Well another 15/20 minutes passed and the cookies were done. I left at 6:20. What an awful experience. I could have made dinner and eaten it with in the time I had to wait for my order to be completed. Oh and on a side note, I went to use the bathroom and there was hair on the toilet and in the sink. Rudest interaction I’ve had at this location. Stopped by tonight on my way home to get some dinner. Checked online and it said it was closing at 8:30pm. I got there at 7:54pm and as soon as I walked through the door some big guy not in uniform but behind the counter immediately says “we’re closed”. I was taken back by his tone and immediate response to me walking in. I look at the 3 people behind the counter and tell them “online it says 8:30pm” but I only got another “we’re closed”. Then a girl tried to convince the guy there was “5 minutes left, we can do it”. At this point I just looked at them and said no I’m good and walked out. Idk who taught this guy customer service but this was not it. I ended up driving 10 minutes back into town to spend my money at raising canes where they were more then happy to help me. Poor service. I had to stop the gentleman twice from putting the wrong meat on the sandwich and had to tell him three times what it was supposed to be. He passed it to the next person who put mayonnaise on it after I just told him I wanted Baja chipotle. He had to scrape off all veggies and correct the sandwich which was toasted and now cold. I spent more time that it was worth but the boss still made sure I was charged for double meat and bacon without any acknowledgement of poor service and construction of my sandwich. Winning here to get the three for $18 deal after driving all the way from the highway and at the end the lady tells me they don't have coupons when the only other subway around here is closed temporarily it says instead of giving me my food they decided to keep it so they can eat it and I paid literally the same price for two than I was supposed to get for three so and that's with tipping them so this place can go to business. I hope very rude. Don't know how to speak with people since they don't know even the language. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

My wife and I had done an online order given that they have posted they close at 8:30pm, we show up way before closing time and they’re no longer open, meanwhile the transaction for the food ordered was taken. Service Take out Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
