Came in tonight and experienced very rude customer service. Made it feel as if I was bothersome to order food at this restaurant. Will be going to the other Subway 1 mile away for now on. Very disappointed as this is closest one to me. Will not be coming back.

Do not use any delivery app such as Doordash and grub hub to order from this subway I have received wrong orders multiple time and I have received half of a sub before

Check to make sure there is avocado in the squeeze bag before ordering sandwich that includes it. "Sandwich Master" was using all her strength to get avocado squeezed out of bag. She spread a very fine squiggle across the sandwich. When I asked for a little more to be added, I thought she was tossing the bag to get a fresh one - No! She picked up a utensil to slide across the empty bag on counter to try to scrape more out of it. I think the Owner was working counter with her because mayo was also barely put on sandwich and it had plenty in the bottle. A $9 6" Cali Club and so dry, it's barely edible. First and only time here. I guess being located at the edge of the interstate, no need to be concerned with getting repeat business.

I came to get subway and he had a glove and I saw him 2 times he went to the kitchen and come back I told hime change your gloves and he saying what’s wrong with my gloves I think they not train right ,but they serve with dirty gloves ,be careful guys to not get sick

I ordered for pick up via the app 45 minutes before arrival, my food wasn’t ready and the employee acted like I was invisible. I checked and I in fact am not and require refund for my food as I was unable to wait - thus I ordered way ahead. I order here frequently, usually they have issues hearing my order but are ok otherwise but I will literally now not be able to eat tonight. and I’m out the money for a sandwich. Super irritated.

0 STARS!!! By far the worst Customer Service I’ve ever had. The food was old and stale. I didn’t get what I ordered. The management did not give me any type of refund he was very rude to me. I stay as far away from this place as possible!! You honestly couldn’t pay me to stop in here again!!
Visited store and was told that They wouldn’t take a BOGO foot long coupon I just got in the mail. Then while making my sandwich the customer service was terrible. Everything was an “up charge” and while asking for green peppers only two pepper were put on my sandwich after asking for more I was met with unwelcoming glares and the employees talking under breathe to each other about me.
Disappointed. First, I went into the subway to place an order, but was told I would have to order online to get online discounts. I placed 2 separate orders online. I went back to the store at the time indicated on my order. No orders were ready for walkin. So I had to wait in a long line with other walk-in customers. It is a ridiculous challenge to order your food and get it in a timely manner. I'm not sure I'll return the this location again for a long time!
