Selection of meat was bad. No chopped steak. Lettuce was brown and whits, I asked for something that had green in it and she just stared at me like a deer in the headlights. I got the LAST 3 pickles. Basically, my Italian herb and cheese STALE roll was a leftover from yesterday. The sandwich just got tossed in the trash. No lunch for me today. This location once was good, but lately, it’s a mess. No one greets you when you come in the door. Sadly, I’ll go back to bringing my own lunch to the office in the future because this Subway on Allen Creek in Grants Pass is lower than substandard! Seriously, when I asked for more pickles and green lettuce, they wouldn’t bother to go in the back to restock! It appeared they were about out of everything.. it’s no wonder they now cover the meat section with that new stainless steel cover so you can’t see what you are ordering. The service was great! He was friendly and helpful and really tried to engage us while making our sandwiches. I was disappointed that the veggie patty was discontinued. A sandwich without meat should be a lot less than the meat ones. The comfy benches are a nice touch. I loved the Turkey bacon avocado wrap I had on a spinach wrap. The lady that prepared it was so nice to me and very polite. The place wasn't very busy and she was very quick about making the sandwiches. She very good about her work and very personable to her customers and that what makes a good employee.

Emily was working today and she was terrible. She made us wait while she put away all the cookies, then we order our sandwiches I get a turkey, Italian herb and cheese bread and I ordered pepper jack ( which only had a few slices of cheese in it, which I was gonna let go. But then my fiance ordered the boss and the meat balls were all dried up the sauce was almost black and burnt so she asked for a different sandwich and thats when Emily threw the sandwich into the garbage 5 feet away all mad. Then she turns around and we see a dab pen in her back pocket. So unprofessional and she left out my sandwich out cold and then tried to help another customer instead of finishing my sandwich. If I could rate this location 0 stars I would. The reps are only friendly with their regulars, and made it pretty obvious they didn’t want to help us but only did because they had to. Apart from the attitude given towards us, trying to get any help after our order was complete was a joke. Both reps were staying in the back and after about 10 minutes we finally received what we were asking for. If you aren’t one of their regulars try to refrain from coming to this location. Also would like to mention the cleanliness of the store. The floor has VISIBLE dirt to the point you can make out shoe prints. Multiple tables had not been wiped down, and the trash cans were full. Don't bother calling in an order for pickup, whoever runs this Subway doesn't like to fill phone orders until you show up. Its happened to me and one other person I know. I called in an order for 5 sandwiches. I asked them to be ready in 45 minutes. I show up 45 minutes later and they have not even been started. There is not a single customer in the store to explain any sort of rush they were having. They just don't want to make the sandwiches ahead of time in case I don't show up. So my quick walk-in-walk-out turned into 15 minutes or so. Its not the end of the world but it was rude of them. Its perfectly fine with me if they have a policy of not making phone orders ahead of time to avoid fraud. Just TELL ME ABOUT IT when I place my order on the phone, i have no problem with it if I know ahead of time. The young man who made my sandwiches was fast and efficient and made them exactly as he should have. I don't blame him but I do blame whatever management decided on this "policy".

While the food is usually very good, I have made several orders online that I’ve been told are ready, only to walk into the store to find they haven’t even started my food. Today was twice in a row, last time I couldn’t wait and they had to refund me so I left upset and hungry. Today the gentleman that went to look for my order had printed it, set it on the counter, and forgot about it. They got to my sandwich quickly but when I got home with it, there’s none of the sauce I ordered. I’m sorry, but no one wants to eat a pile of vegetables on dry bread. All around, huge bummer and I don’t think I’ll be trying again.

1st off let me start by saying if I could give less than one Star I would. I ordered online through the Subway app order was supposed to done in 15 minutes. I received the order is ready signal on the app and went to the store.. When I got there they hadn't even started the sandwiches yet. When I asked them why the app indicated that it was ready all I got was excuses instead of an answer. Plus they made me the wrong dang sandwich Never again.
