Come to this restaurant to have a meal if you feel hungry after gazing at Grants Pass Caveman. The cooks here prepare tasty biscuits. Clients don't highly appreciate meat sandwiches at SUBWAY. This place is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. Come here for the cozy atmosphere. But a number of guests who use Google didn't grant this spot a high rating.

We came into GP from out of town and this is the best subway we have been to in a very long time. They were not out of one single thing we wanted and actually had a nice stock of cookies. I didn’t catch the guys name that served us but he had a couple face tattoos and a southern accent. He was incredible!!!!! He was so patient and helpful and was the best employee I have seen at subway in a long time! That guy needs a raise! Quick service. Opens till late night. Easy to grab dinner while driving along the I-5. There was knly once person who was working late handling both drive thru and in person visit. What a great place to get a sub. Friendly, communication was on point, and communicative. I will be going back again. Smells good inside. Food is tasty. You can get a decent 6" sandwich for $7 so that's not too bad. The line always takes a verrrrry long time. If you are in a rush please don't go through their drive through. They have not gotten an order wrong yet either so that's a definite plus. They do have spinach as a topping option which I like because other places like Lil' Pantry do not offer that. Happy munching! It was my first time here in Grant pass town and I was passing by the subway and thought to take a foot long. As soon as my partner and I entered, the server looked at us from top to bottom. There were no customers at that except one guy was eating his sub quietly. We waited patiently for 10 minutes but the server never took our order or never even greeted us for that matter. I asked the server politely- are you open. And, as expected there was no response. I thought Oregon was a friendly state or at least popular chains like Subway are racism free, but it turns out it isn’t the case. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Every time I go to the drive thru there is an EXTREMELY long wait. I went there at 1:30p today for lunch. There was one car pulling out of the drive thru. I waited for 15 minutes before I asked if someone was going to help me and was told it would be a minute they were helping people in the lobby. I decided not to wait anymore and there was one customer in the lobby checking out as I was leaving. I am so disappointed with the lack of customer service and the long wait every time and will not be returning to this subway again. Last Sunday (11/19), around 7pm I went through the drive thru. Someone was in front of me, and they sat there with no acknowledgment from the employee for about 5 minutes before they drove off. Then I came up, said hello, waited for about 2 minutes and then turned on my radio to get the server's attention. Then he was ambivalent and unhelpful. I had to keep asking him which of my two sandwiches he was working on. This is the second time this has happened on a sunday. Strongly reccomend the other subway near walmart if you go on that day. The staff seemed overwhelmed with phone call orders and trying to train a new guy. I’ll give the individuals slack on this but am concerned this is more of a corporate environment and employee training issue. The bathrooms were very disappointing.
