The staff here are always spot on and friendly. They keep the line moving even when it's busy. The staff are always nice. It's hard to find an eating establishment where good food and good service are consistent, but this Subway always manages to never disappoint! The lady that was dressing the sandwiches was not very friendly.(she was a heavier set lady, sorry she didn’t have a name tag on so I could address her properly) She had a look on her face like she hated the world and my sandwich was cold. They don’t warm up your chicken for you at this location before putting it on the sandwich, so if you don’t get it toasted you will be eating cold chicken or whatever kind of sandwich you choose. When I entered the place the person behind the counter using his cell phone, not talking but texting or something of the sort. He ignored me. When his phone did ring, he walked to the back of the store and begin talking. Finally he returned and rudly ask what I wanted. I told him I was there to pick up an internet order. He turned and picked up the food and handed it to me. When I inquired about the drinks I had ordered, he rudly told me that they make the food and I am to make the drinks. I ask about the cups and he pointed to them and said in a very sarcastic tone this is the large cup and this is the medium cup. Fix them yourself. I was very upset in the way I was treated. I felt that he thought that I was bothering him and that I was not important enough to get off his phone and take care of me, the customer. I worked retail for over 20 years and I would never treat a customer like that. I will not be going back to that store ever again. There is no reason to disrespect someone that helps you make money to get a salary.

My advice to everyone is to drive to Cowan Lorain just over the Cramer bridge because they will let you get 1/2 off on the app this store won't because the owner said "NO COUPONS FOR YOU"

Went to this location. I never write reviews, but I felt I needed to for this. I was first served by Christy. At least that was the name on her tag. She was very rude, slamming things around (bread rack door, lids, utensils, oven door, etc.). It was very frustrating to watch her act that way. I tried to remain nice and courteous, but I could definitely tell that the other two employees were also frustrated with her attitude. Almost seemed like the girl who rang my order up was actually uncomfortable being around her. Very inappropriate and unprofessional behavior toward innocent customers who just want a sandwich.

Great location, horrible workers and customer service. The older, short-haired lady with no mask, lacks professionalism. I’m guessing the lady who was serving me was newer, but the older lady was rolling her eyes, snobbish, and smart-talking at her employee. Time for new management. I won’t be returning here any time soon, or ever.

It was awesome. The wait wasn't long, the employees were friendly, and the sandwiches were delicious. We had a kids meal of black forest and cheese, an oven baked chicken, and the seafood subs. They were simply Awesome.

We waited a full 10 minutes and we were never waited on. The lady behind the counter never even acknowledged my husband and I were standing there. We left and went to a different location at 2180 E Pass Rd. and were greeted with hellos as we walked in the door. We were served promptly with friendliness. This will be our go to subway from now on even though the one in hardy court is closer to our home.
