I’ve purchased food here several times and have yet be disappointed. The employees are always kind and helpful. They have a small dining area but it’s part of a convenience store, so the ambiance is less than delightful. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Second time ordering from this subway and both times were not good. This time I placed a mobile order for two foot longs and paid for 50% more meat on both sandwiches and requested both sandwiches be extra toasted. Neither sandwich had extra meat and both were just slightly toasted. Actually it seemed like it was less meat than a usual sandwich. Also, neither sandwich wrapper was marked to know which was which. (Same sandwiches but different toppings). The workers don’t seem to care or take pride in their job unfortunately. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

The employees in the store or unsanitary and downright nasty! They handle your food with the same gloves that they take cash and touch the screen and when asked to change their gloves I got an attitude over Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Service very bad . Older white female ignored us and then when we asked for sandwich very rudley stated i going to need to know what bread.Very bad attitude. Walked out and won't be back to Subway. What a shame

Update: just stopped in to get a quick bite, but they had music playing w the F and N word repeating. Grabbed a soda at the gas station instead. I dont appreciate the ruse music or the worker with his pants around his thighs. This used to be my go to restaurant for a quick bite,but after recent underwhelming visits....I'm headed elsewhere. On one visit, I waited at the counter for five minutes before a worker appeared and snapped at me for not using a bell. The bell was tucked behind clutter by the register rendering it invisible. (I'm never going to search around an unattended cash register! I don't want to get arrested!) She continued in the same rude, condescending attitude as I placed my order. Huffing and motioning for me to hurry up as I took a second to pick my veggies. (I understand she may have other tasks to complete, but I patiently waited five minutes and there were no other customers. I should be allowed a moment to order.) The "really?" retort when I stated I just wanted the sandwich had me holding tight to my patience. Other visits included stale bread, drenched sandwich when I said 'light' mayo, etc. Trying to find the worker seems standard. Now I've learned this location earned another C grade from the health department. The Clark's gas station has amazing workers and some of the friendliest that made my morning caffeine run a pleasure, but I'd skip the sandwich shop.

Sandwich maker extremely incompetent . Did not have product in stock that we ordered online. He should not have accepted the order of product was not available. This is our second time here ( decided to give another chance ) the first was about a month ago and it was horrid. Same employee was working. Seemed as if he is uneducated in his field of work and honestly just couldn’t care less about his job or the customers he is supposed to be servicing. Do not go here. I ordered the chicken teriyaki, not toasted. They didn't heat up the chicken. They put the cold chicken straight on to the bread and passed it down but I didn't catch it until I opened my sandwich as I was ordering multiple sandwiches. Gross! I always get the chicken teriyaki at every subway I visit. I never get the bread toasted so every place heats up the chicken before putting it on my sandwich EXCEPT this place!! NEVER AGAIN!!! They staff here didn't seem to know how to do anything. Really slow and unorganized. Was in this Subway getting lunch during work week. I experienced a rather problematic situation. There was a woman in front of me that apparently had a problem with a worker. The woman in line left. I didn’t think anything about I because I figured they knew each other personally. When she left, it was my turn to place my order. The worker began to make comments about the lady that just left saying,”she is prejudice and all.” She kept going on. Once again, I didn’t know the situation enough to even comment. I kept my mouth shut. The worker started to make my sandwich then in the middle of making my sandwich, she asked the guy behind me what he wanted. She began to call him baby and honey. Then When she went back to making my sandwich she was all upset and horrible attitude. Then she completely took this guy and completed his sandwich and let him skip everyone in line and go, while I was left sitting there. Based off the prejudice comments she was making, in addition to the way she was treating me while also treating this other guy, I soon realized she was being prejudice toward me even though I had nothing to do with the entire situation. To make matters worse I tried to call subway to report and all they have is automated system. I will never eat at another subway again. I tried to think of things that would change this 1 star to a 5 but with Subway not actively wanting to take a stand against this treatment towards anyone, let alone customers, I see no accountability at all. Subway allowing these types of people to work at their stores is troubling. I’m sorry but there is no way I’ll be going to a Subway again unless they make some major changes.

customer service was lacking!! Both employees were rude and unprofessional. sandwiches didn’t come with napkins, when i asked for some, it was as if I inconvenienced them. terrible and not ideal for the brand. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
