If you use the drive-thru, expect to sit at the window for 5 to 15 minutes before anyone even talks to you. This location is close to my work which is the only reason I've tried my luck multiple times but not once have I left this location feeling the service was any better than 2 stars. No one has been out right rude, just no effort or care given.

It’s unfortunate that the employees here are so negative. I was as nice as I could be but they were not so kind. Lots of complaining about someone ordering too many sandwiches in the drive thru. Hot sandwich was rather cold.

Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki Footlong Regular Sub
Went through the drive-thru and had a terrible experience. Ordered 2 sandwiches and 1 kids meal. 1 car ahead of me was already waiting at the window to receive food before I ordered mine. Waited 20 mins for the first car to get their food (don't know how long they waited total) waited over 30 mins for my food in that time 2 cars who ordered behind me had ordered, waited as long as they could, and left before being able to receive their food. When I did receive my order it was incorrect they had not given all the items I ordered and paid for. Immediately after checking the order not moving in line had told the person working they did not give us everything and they argued they had put it all in the bag and said I ordered something different. The receipt reflected what I had ordered correctly and gave him the whole bag to show me where the items he claimed were and he realized he was wrong and never put them in the bag. Gave us the correct items and that was it. Would not reccomend going to this Subway for this kind of treatment. After getting home (see photo) to eat I got a mouth full of bread, one of the worst subway sandwiches I've ever had extreamly disappointed in this subway for my whole experience from the food to the service and never offering to make it right.
Don’t touch the cash register while my sandwhich is being toasted and then get an attitude when I ask you to change your gloves before you put my veggies on. Gross.
Great sandwich. Bread a little dry on ends. Not soft. Service was awesome.

Ordered online and went to pick up in the drive thru. They came to window and told me they can’t hand out online orders through the drive through because they need to verify the order. Went and parked, walked in, she asked what name the order was under, I told her and she handed me the bag. Literally no verification. Don’t make up bogus rules

I will not return here. The one girl there has herpes ( it was all over her face ) touching food with her hands and I just can't. Subway needs to re-evaluate their staff and see that they have no transmittable disease.
