I ordered online through the app and picked it up during my lunch. When I arrived to the store I tried to pay for some chips but no one was at the counter, I did a mild shout but no one came so I put the chips back and left. When I got to work I noticed my order was wrong so I went back and they re made my order with the WRONG bread. At this point I was frustrated enough and just took the sandwich. Five minutes later Arlene calls me says I took chips without paying for them. I was accused of stealing in essence. So I told them I put them back and told them to check the cameras. She hangs up. Calls me back to apologize saying a customer told her I stole the chips. Unprofessional and straight up disrespectful accusing me of stealing without verifying first.
