Haven't been to a subway in a long time so was very pleasantly surprised to see how well and easy their app was to use. When I got to the store, everything was ready and waiting. My daughter and I stopped here and the lady was so friendly and going along with our craziness. We got our food and was on our way in no time. Embed review Write an update Edit review 6/20/2020 This subway hands down has the worst management I've ever seen. Actually, that's the problem. They have no management. The poor teenagers working here are shown not a single ounce of leadership and you can tell. We go here about twice a month and I have yet to even see a manager on the premises. I worry about these teenagers trying to get some work experience with this place as their example. It's beyond disappointing. Lack of leadership is ruining this store. Teenagers shouldn't be expected to manage themselves. Having a 17 year old high schooler with no concept of leadership and no training as a shift lead is absolutely embarrassing.

I tried to call in my order to go and the phone kept going to the fax machine. As I was driving there, I kept trying and kept getting the same result. As I pulled in up front, I could see an employee doing something out front by the wall. After she went to the back, I tried again and she answered the phone. I was told she was the only one there and suggested I go online to place my order. She said it could be 10-15 minutes as she had another customer who actually walked in while she was taking my order. I then watched as several other people came in and were standing in line to place orders which just kept pushing mine back. At 5:15-5:30 there should be more than one employee working.
It's been a while since I tried Subway. This location was very clean, the staff was courteous and professional. My expectations were low but they did an amazing job.
It was nice to order my food from a little kiosk..but the one I was at the coworker and the manager was in a heated chat..not professional
