I brought in a coupon, and there was a sign in the restaurant that said the coupon only works for cold cuts. I order the turkey sandwich, and the man behind the counter goes on to mansplain that turkey is not a cold cut. It is, but he would not accept my coupon. Furthermore, he was so stingy with the cheese. Half my sandwich did not have cheese. Usually, you should be able to watch your sandwich being made, but there was a giant metal piece blocking the toppings and prep-station, so I couldn't see how little cheese there was until my sandwich came out of the toaster. I placed an order of Italian & Steak but received 2 foot long steaks. I understand there may be some mistakes but I was sure looking forward to eta my Italian. Lol Oh well, great customer service from the lady with glasses at the register. Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I’ve never been disrespected in such a way. How you can burn a sandwich to such a degree and still have the Gaul to send it out to a customer, as well as my other item I ordered, everything was burnt to a crisp. Atrocious. Subway sends you coupons to get you in to their restaurant.... then doesn't honor them? Employee (may have been manager and/or owner) lies and says "have to read small print on coupon." There is nothing about a turkey sandwich being excluded on coupon??? I like subway every now and then for non-fastfood fastfood but this makes me not want to go back. OMG!! One thin layer of Turkey meat is all I got on 5 foot long subs! No joke!! I tried calling the store and the young man denied it.. am I blind and the other 4 people who had the subs? I sent an email to corporate. I tried calling him he store to allow them to make it up to me, but I never heard back from them. Awful.. worse experience ever Subway! ZERO Stars from ME!
