Had a problem with our order placed online. Joey handled the problem very well. I went in there pretty to’d because my time is worth more than my money. I spent an hour between order to pickup and finally getting the right sandwiches. My time is about $36 an hour and I value my family time when I’m not a slave to the clock. Joey remade our sandwiches and they were superb. He didn’t ask for our sandwiches back. We considered that the least they could do for my TIME. When we were getting ready to leave the woman, ?Soul? Told me we needed to give the sandwiches back. She said there was somebody watching them in the store. The store was empty so I guess she meant through the cameras. This would have been a five star review even though we had a problem because Joey resolved the issue and we were satisfied. The reason it’s a three star review is because of the audacity of the woman ?soul? To ask for the sandwiches back after Joey let us have them. Seems like there are frequent issues with this chick according to other reviews. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20
The worst service ever, told the lady I was a vegetarian and felt like I was punished for that. 2 micro slices of cheese and smile seemed to be a very expensive option for her, would never go back again and advise anyone not to Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Worst subway I've ever been to, I would only ever eat here if I was stuck and desperate inside a Walmart. I had got a veggie sub and the cashier over charged me. Never coming back here again. They don't even have breakfast at this location.
I use to order right here and never happened to me before until today . Where I got subway the usual I get. The one lady that helped us last time didn’t listen to my family member when she said “she didn’t want that lettuce .” She wanted the other lettuce because the one she didn’t want was old and yellow . So she told the lady and she looked at my family member and gave her the one she didn’t want. And I get spinach on my food it wasn’t new looking . Almost old. Anyways I eat it and then I end up with food poising..... I love subway but never getting food here again

Love subway, and this trip was outstanding! I am so sorry that i couldn't tip the lovely lady who made my footlong. She was so accomodating with the way i like the toppings. I will bring cash for a tip next time. Thank you!
I've stopped in here a few times as it's convenient while I'm getting prescriptions filled or oil changed. The older white heavyset gentleman who works here may offer some of the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Not only is it awkward and uncomfortable, he actively makes you feel like a nuisance for getting a sandwich. There were times when I wanted to bail on the sandwich midway so I wouldn't have to endure his hatred and misery. He also micromanages and bullies the other staff members. It's truly unsettling, and I had to restrain myself from apologizing on his behalf to his poor co-worker who clearly often recieves the brunt of his abuse. His weird microaggressions also made their way into my sandwich as it was skimpy, overseasoned, and slopily executed. The first time around, I gave him the benefit of the doubt--I've worked in food service and it can be grueling and unforgiving. But upon further visits, it has become clear that he is malcontent and needs a serious attitude adjustment for the sake of his customers and co-workers.
The service here is terrible. There was a guy working there today, and he was giggling with his co workers while making my sub. Because of him being so distracted with his co workers, he took forever to make my sandwich. The person behind me in line was ready to checkout and the whole line was held up because of this guy who can't make a simple sandwich. Complain as much as you can if you get a bad experience.

Stoped in expecting to just get a quick wrap made. There was no one in line no one at all I waited about 10 minutes to get service. Absolutely no customer service skills at all just dull faves moving me along. They definitely need a training class on how to treat and talk to guest.
