The staff exhibited a lackluster demeanor, with no greetings and impassive expressions, rendering their service accompanied by a regrettable attitude. During my visit, both attending ladies were engaged in personal phone calls with earphones plugged in, necessitating repeated communication on my part. This behavior is unsatisfactory and does not align with the standards expected in their role. As a long-standing customer, I am growing increasingly frustrated with the service provided by these two individuals. I kindly request Subway management to ensure comprehensive training in customer service etiquette for a more positive customer experience.
