Traditional Italian Pizza in Tromso. Stopped in for lunch and ordered the Pizza Margherita, very good pizza. The crust is so fresh, it's amazing. The tomato sauce is a little bland but with all the flavors the sauce is fine. Cheese was very good. Service is excellent. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Best pizza in Tromsø. As an Italian, I tend to be very picky about pizza restaurants. The place itself looks a bit anonymous (more like a bar), but the pizza is delicious. Everything from the dough to the ingredients is perfect. The place where they make the pizza is open air so you can watch the pizzaiolo assembling your pizza for you. I talked with him and he always stresses the importance of the flour, good ingredients and the procedure etc. I got out of my comfort zone and also tried the “Pizza A Nord” with reindeer meat… I was shocked. It was soooo good! I’d also definitely recommend the pannacotta, it’s amazing. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

We didn't make a reservation but requested a table. While the server started looking for a table, the pizza chef abruptly and rather rudely stopped him from doing so and asked us to go elsewhere. Great pizza. Quite unusual combination and flavours. I can recommend Reindeer pizza, Autumn pizza or Ost Notte. It's nice to see the chef making in next to you. Coming from NYC, land of pizza, hot hotdogs and halal, I tend not to eat anything from these 3 categories while traveling overseas. But this place was nearby, I was craving some carbs and I saw there was reindeer pizza on the menu, which is how I justified to myself this was local cuisine lol (the same rationale was applied to the fantastic hotdog joint Raketten in town). So glad I went to Størhus! I ordered takeout and the moment the box landed in my hands I already knew it was going to be good. The pizza dough was excellent, crust was soft and chewy. I do prefer a more charred crust and bottom, but everything was well baked. I didn’t realize there was some sweet potato puree on this pizza and it really worked. Flavor and texture-wise, the reindeer, cheese, spinach, walnuts and yam all worked together. Although advertised as a personal pizza, I could definitely see this being shared with 1 other person (12” pie); I had 3 slices each for lunch & dinner and had another 2 slices for leftover breakfast. This is the best pizzeria of Tromso, the dough is perfect almost the same you can find in Italy, i think probably the food is the main reason why i kept coming back, you can find also a lot of traditional and authentic ingredients on the pizza that honesty you can find only here. The staff were extremely rude, taking the chair from our friend when she joined our group. We believe it's because she does not have a reservation. The resturaunt has many empty tables and the staff were extremely rude to her. So ofcourse we schooched together to make room for her. We would have left if we didn't order. 1 hour later the resturant was still empty so taking the chair from her does not make any sense.
