I asked somebody there to make a pizza and they said they don’t make certain kind what’s all that is it’s just cheese so they pulled out a frozen mac & cheese with freezer burn on it cooked up and Burnt it. They replaced it but it was all Lukey I left there not very happy. I usually don’t really have a problem but I hardly ever go there 🤷🏻‍♀️

A great place to stop for gas, potty break, snack, light groceries and/or the best ice cream around. Seriously - Stewards randomly has the BEST ice cream in the area - as good as Ben & Jerry's - if not better! My only gripe (and hence 4 stars) is the lines can be very long at time with clerks busy attending pizzas, ice cream/smoothies and other tasks instead of having at least one dedicated cashier at all times.

Went there this morning to get bagelwich sandwiches. They had a few made but wasn't what I was looking for, requested for two to be made for me and the staff fought me. Not only did they not want to make it but suggested they would take an already made sandwich and 'fix' it. I'm from NY and Stewarts is amazing and very accommodating to their customers. The sheer laziness and pride they displayed over sandwiches is appalling. Come Monday, I'll be calling corporate to establish a complaint for the morning shift staff. Update - I emailed corporate and explained my interaction at the store. Awaiting to hear back currently from them.

Had an awful experience this morning with the team lead today, she was very rude and offered a really bad customer service, maybe it was because we are Latinos and didn’t know the menu. But cashier Catie was very nice and manage the situation very well. Would love to know where we can call to let this know because it was a very uncomfortable experience. We are not from the area and definitely won’t go back again.

As a chain goes, I really don't like it, the only thing I really like going there for is the milk and the vanilla bean ice cream, their chocolate ice cream sucks. But I've only had one problem with the staff at this location, most are always very friendly, the manager is awesome and always right there to help you. Only one gave me a problem because she thought Stewarts ice cream was better than any other. I can definitely disagree on that one, I didn't want an argument, but she became so offended and irate, it was ridiculous. Just don't go in there and say anything about there products not being the best and you'll be fine...... LOL Other than that little piece of BS, I love the atmosphere there.

Never a bad experience!Pizza, Hot Dogs, Chocolate Milk& Stewart's refresher drinks are my usual things I purchase, staff are always friendly

I went to this store recently and I almost always have a great experience but recently a younger gentleman cashed me out and decided to point out my skin condition on the top of my right hand while there were 6 other people in line and kept prodding me about it. It was very embarrassing. I wasn’t going to publicly write this but I called corporate and they didn’t seem to care.

Went in for a cup of coffee and got yelled at. Asked if I could have some cream for my coffee along with another gentleman who asked for French vanilla. The attendant huffed and puffed while she got the cream and told the other gentleman to get the French vanilla out of the fridge. As she got my cream I was trying to thank her for getting the cream and she hollered at me. “I wasn’t talking to you!”. I said no need to talk to me like that and she said, “ Don’t give attitude!!”. Bad customer service here.

The coffee isn't that great but I enjoy most of their other foods, and even when busy the staff has always treated me kindly. I've gone here almost ever weekend for almost 18 months now.
