It's not the place. It's the bread. Italian.. why is every other slice thin ? Why did you and freihofer both start this process. It's noticable and has ruined the bread. Every other slice is so thin. It's hard before it browns. You have to grab every other slice to make a decent sandwich.. I stopped buying your bread. It's not just random loafs. It's all the Italian loafs. Bread is ruined. Half the loaf needs to be thrown out. That's how bad it is that thin !.. I have stopped buying both brands of bread. Sad choice. But forced. Stop slicing every other so thin.

I love the fact that you can always get free air, esp in the winter in the cold cold temperatures. The blueberry crumble coffee is amazing! And of course the ice cream flavors are amazing, cotton candy is one of a kind! And there subs are very good especially in the summer time on a warm evening! Thank you Stewart's for holding on to your value and having good products!

They have the best ice cream ever here. I always go here for my ice cream. There's never usually a wait in for the gas pumps. Sometimes there is a wait in line at the register though. And they sell all your average convenient store items.

The entire staff here are top notch, carefully picked and really go above and beyond representing the Stewart's name/brand! They are always extremely friendly and professional, while having to babysit the crowd rolling through there, prepping food, ice cream, watching the pumps, stocking coolers, ect, ect the list goes on you guys rock!

Stewart's used to make fresh pizza's and they were delicious!! Now, ordering one they dont even tell you it's frozen until you call to complain. The price is the same as having a fresh specialty pizza made, but it's a frozen pizza. I can run to Aldi's or Save-a-Lot and get one of equal value for a third of the price. Will never order another pizza here again.

Workers were just miserable as soon as I walked in. All I wanted was a milkshake and an iced coffee and they gave me a hard time about it. They were arguing with each other and stopped when I walked in and they were miserable towards me because of that.

Everytime I go there nothing is ever stocked. They are always out of soda it seems and when you ask to check it seems to take them 10 minutes to come out and say they are out. Also seems everytime you go there you have to wait hours to be waited on as it seems they have to have all of there 3 workers or 2 all at the ice cream counter when there is like 2 people wanting ice cream and more people waiting to be checked out with other items. This is getting old. I've always loved Stewart's but it's gone way down hill.

Never used to have problems with staff there. Now they're all full of attitude and choose they want and who they dont want to be nice to. Ugly attitudes ruin it for every one else. I do not use the one in Ogdensburg for this reason. I WILL AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS!

Key items often tend to be lacking from shelves & the customer service here isn't the greatest. This one older lady is a complete you know what. I can handle their hit or miss selection, but that one womans lack of people skills makes her their weakest asset. She truly deserves to just be fired! 🤮
