Well, Well!!!! It's Time For A Bad Review!!!! The Staff @ This Location Is Very Nice & I Play @ This Location 3 Times A Week. Recently There Has Been An Older Foreign Lady That's Been Popping Up Regularly. This Individual Watches Over Your Back & When U Go 2 The Bathroom Tries 2 Take The Machine Your Playing. Well I Don't Play That Game & For That Reason I Will Never Ever Return. I Kno The Area Manager Reads These Reviews & Honey!!!! U Lost A Bigg Player. BIGG TIME
What is the real purpose of checking an I.D.? I'm a senior, so this baffles me. No one else does this so intently. I visited the Stella's at another location twice and my I.D. was not checked. It makes me wonder if my betting habits are being monitored and I'm treated accordingly. There are cameras over each machine. What are "all" the reasons they're there? Lately the wins are absolutely pitiful. The chase is no fun at all. I imagine management saying " Get out of here, already!" Please respond honestly.
I just had an unbelievably awful experience at Stella’s on 111th. As I approached the door to walk in, I saw the employee behind the counter walk to the back. My two friends and I walked in and started to play the machines. A few minutes later she came out of the bathroom and said in an extremely rude tone “I need your ids. You know that. Up at the counter.” I’ve never had anyone talk to me like that so I said forget this let’s leave and go somewhere else. We cashed out. My one friend walked to the car and ignored the employee yelling at her. Then the other person that I was with said you didn’t have to ask so rudely. Then she raised her voice again. My friend asked for her name and she said no, I don’t have to give it to you. She continued to raise her voice and then talked about us to other customers. She said that it wasn’t the first time we tried to get in without an id. I told her that I’ve never seen her before in my life. She continued to raise her voice. Stella’s has always been filled with courteous staff and this woman is an awful fit for your company culture.
The employee working tonight was rude and down right condescending. I have been coming to Stella' s for a few years, often visting different locations. When we walked in, she looked at us and turned around and went to the back. Very unwelcoming. So we sat down and started playing. She came out of the back several minutes later screaming "I NEED ID's I NEED ID's" . We looked at each other shocked that she acted that way and said let's leave. We cashed out and I politely said she didn't have to yell so rudely, we would have been happy to show our id's. She screamed that she bets we don't have ID's. I explained we do but she walked away when we entered. She yelled you are not to pass the carpet line until she checks id's. I asked her for her name. She said she doesn't have to tell me anything. She then started telling other customers that we have done this before and that my friend doesn't have an Id. I would not want someone like this working for me or representing my company.
