I love Italian beef sandwiches. However I would rate Stefanos as mediocre. The meat wasn’t as tender or sliced as thin as it should be. The juice was good.
I was concerned about the food preparation. I watched as the lady who took my order, handled the cash register and took my money, then put her hand in the bucket to pull out strips of meat. This is not sanitary. She needs to be wearing gloves. At the least, a thorough hand washing.
I also felt the prices were too high. The sandwiches were huge. Maybe a smaller sandwich with a more reasonable price. And a small bottle of coke for $3.25- just not competitive.
I won’t return.

Italian Beef
I ordered takeout online from Stefono's today. Food was delicious, as always. But the customer service was what stood out to me today. I went in to see if my order was ready and he let me know just a few more minutes. I went back to my car. Before I could roll down the window in my car, he was walking out with my order. I left without checking my order and I left a sandwich behind. When I called to ask about it, they gave me the option of a credit or pick it up in 10 minutes. I wasn't very far so I opted for the latter. When I got there, he was with a customer. He finished up and went to the back area to grab my sandwich. We talked for a minute and he was super nice about it. 10/10 would recommend. Good food and good people.
