I generally like this Steers because it’s convenient but their service has really been lacking these past few months. I ordered a ridiculous thick shake and it was like water. When I asked the staff member why it’s like this she politely told me that she doesn’t know. Overall the service is fast and efficient but staff attitude leave a lot to be desired for.

Never been so disappointed with food in my life! The contents is nothing as it should be and beef tastes like plastic wont return ever again Service Delivery Meal type Dinner Price per person R 200–250

They are quick with their orders if you are a counter customer. However the wait for delivery is quite long, so plan ahead and order way in advance. Staff are friendly enough and the food is of decent standards

The owner has a very bad attitude and is very rude to customers, they sold me a very tasteless and fatty piece of beef rib, when I went to complain he told me to go to their head office and complain there. They refused to refund me or even apologize for the bad food or inconvenience I will never buy from them ever again

Shocking Service from this Steers. Our office orders weekly from this steers but today received an order with the chips out of the packets and all over the other food, beef burger instead of chicken burger and a seperate order places at 13h00 still hadnt arrived at 14h45. When we called they informed us it will be another 45 minutes. They have lost a regular customer and they dont even care

Extremely slow service!! I ordered 1 rave burger and it took half an hour because the guy was half asleep and busy picking the sleep out of his eyes!! Disgusting 🙄 and he got my order wrong because he's half as sleep

If I could give less starts I would. Been waiting for more than 2 hours for an order to be delivered that shouldn't take more than 40mins considering we are down the road from them.

I ordered MEDIUM CHIPS only as I just wanted to snack only, but to my disappointment they had no Steers Sauces and I mean all of them,i was very disappointed.
