14/02/2023 ordered at 11h40, at 12h10 food was still not delivered, no lids for ice cream, ended up leaving without any food due to slow service. Several other customers were displeased with the service. Manager said he would give me a refund but then tried to hurry up the staff instead. I will probably not go back. I'm a big fan of the steers franchise, love their burgers and fries. Just to the members of this specific branch , All round, needs improvement . Especially the quality of the burgers and the service provided

Clean store. I am not sure what happens when they get busy because they are super slow when I was the only customer in the store. Wacky Wednesday orders take way too long to be ready. Management and staff need to be prepared for the lunch time rush. Some people have only a 30 minute break and orders took far longer than that even if they were placed on the phone much earlier. Staff & management were arguing while people waited for their orders. Manager was incredibly rude to staff, highly unprofessional. Food is tasty and portions are good but customer service needs improvement especially on busy days.

they not even worth giving 1 star too.. 1 called and placed a order half an hour later i went to pick it up , on arrival the manager informed us that we have to place the order there not over the phone so we agreed nd 1 hour later we still waiting for our meal i asked for a refund but the staff blatantly ignored me the food came to us cold and when asked to make hot they replied we dont have a micro wave .. this type of service is very bad and truth be told i will never buy from there again
