I bought my food at steers lambton gardens,wow the food was amazing even the customer service was excellent. Guys keep up the good work.

You ask for crispy chips they give you black burnt chips instead. If you don’t ask for crispy then the chips are half raw. Last time buying here will drive further and purchase from the Steers Elspark branch. Have never had an issue at Elspark Steers.

This is the worst take-away establishment I have ever come across! A few weeks ago, I placed an online order, and when I got to the store, the order wasn't received due to a system error. I cancelled the order and the next day I received a phone call apologizing for the mistake on their side. I accepted, and tonight decided to give them another shot. I placed an order online, and received both an sms and an email confirming my order. I decided to call the store to futher confirm my order. After 3 attempts of the call not being answered, I went to the restaurant to collect my order. Upon arrival, my order was received this time, but not even started to preparing it. The cashier was so incompetent, she could not read the order correct, shouting at the cook "No Cheese!", where nowhere on my order did it state No Cheese!!! Disappointed for a second time round, and this time was the last. Pathetic
Both of my kids were sick during the night and the following day after eating their food...... Will never order from them again.

1. The doors were closed, us thinking the place is closed at 18h00 and we had to knock on the door to find store open. 2. I wanted to order a ribster burger meal. Your lady in front, with hands in pocket did not even answer me, just looked over to the kitchen staff who had to inform me that they do not have stock. She did not even apologize or offer anything alternative on the menu. I am so disgusted with the service. Well done to Elspark Steers for their excellent service, even during loadshedding
Good food at a good price. Social distancing was adhered to by the customers and Steers had a digital/automatic temperature monitor as you walk in. The lady behind the counter said my order would be ready in 7 minutes and my order was ready in the specified time.
