A year later the service has declined drastically. No communication on the waiting times you just guessing when you'll get your food. Introduce self help services if you're opting for hiring staff. Most disorganised place and unfriendly staff, I ordered food telephonically. When I arrived at the counter they haven't even started with my order the lady who is supposed to be behind the till was packing food and chatting while I waited 5 min to be helped.

Service was great, but their ice cream machine need replacement or fixing, you can wait for 30minutes waiting for milkshake,coz icecream machine is stuck Service Take out

Their service is very poor. I ordered the mjojo sharing meal, which was missing cheese and pineapples in all the burgers that are part of the meal. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
