So the first time I stepped foot in to this establishment.
I was greeted genuinely. I noticed that no one behind the counters were ever just, "sitting there".
Everyone was pleasantly working. Smiles all around, which drew me in to coming back.
Up on my return, I was assisted in finding the right flavors for me. They even took my picture it was just too cool 😎 !!! I ordered what she pointed out (London Fog mmmmmm 🫠) Almost as if she had known who I was. Which doesn't creep me out at all. It warmed me up to this little golden nugget immediately. That's one of the most welcoming feelings one can have when lost in such a extravagant menu. And that's exactly why I have chosen not to try any other lounges so far. I've made 5 visits here over the week. It is just, "homely". The vibe is incredible if you can manage to keep your earbuds out and simply enjoy ☺️.
The atmosphere is a perfect resonate frequency attuned to all whom I had observed.
Without question, I found my spot 🥰☕ 📖🫂

What a great place to take a break and enjoy a treat. This place is truely a peaceful oasis. I loved how spicy the masala chai was. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. They have a vast variety of teas, mugs, and accessories. Everything you need for great tea! Will absolutely come back!

This place is so cute and cozy that I wish the drink we ordered wasn’t so horrible. I ordered the pumpkin chai and when I tell you how horrible it is, it literally tastes like sink water which no flavor at all. I asked the barista to flavor it more, and I’m not sure if it comes with a premix, but it just tasted like dirty water. It’s confusing because the cafe smells off Indian spices and chai but this drink was horrid. We also ordered the carrot cake, and of course it wasn’t fresh, but tasted quite nice!

Quirky corner tea shop in downtown Flagstaff. TONS of choices to choose from. They sell the loose leaf tea by the bag so you can take home something you fall in love with after trying it. They also stock a lot of steeping accessories and cool mugs - truly a tea lovers delight!

Pot of Tea
Steep is such a vibe and must be on your list of stops when visiting downtown flagstaff. The tea selection is expansive and the store usually has a nice selection of pastries to choose from too. What really stands out to me is the atmosphere of steep, which is cozy, friendly, and social. The window seating can be hard to come by during busier hours, but is a must-try if its your first time in flagstaff. You'll never forget sitting in steeps warm and foggy window-seating while watching a blanket of snow cover the city. A lot of people (me too sometimes) come here to work on their laptops- if you're doing that, be sure to buy a drink every hour or two to be respectful of the establishments purpose. The lavender mint tea tea has been my favorite for years now!

Had the Berry Sorbet with a Cinnamon Roll for breakfast here and also tried the Turkey Croissant all of which were a 10/10. The unique atmosphere with Japanese-style sitting where you sit on the floor of a lifted wooden area next to the window and have pillows for comfort really adds to the experience! Would recommend for anyone looking for a place to have a good and healthy snack, study, or both!

I'm a regular customer but not anymore. The lady with short hair working today was very rude by dropping the pot of tea onto the table I was sitting at and spilt some of it without a word and walked off. I've had a wonderful and welcoming experience with the other staff but I've always had a weird experience when that person is working. Sorry but that was the last straw

This cute little place is perfect for tea and a break. I love the energy and knowledgeable staff. I didn't know what to get and the lovely lady ask what I like and gave me an amazing warm fruit tea. I also got a great little honey jar, great price too. They even gave the kids a toy to entertain themselves.
I love this place!! Drinks are delicious, service is fast, and the staff are extremely friendly!! Great tea shop overall too, with some coffee drinks. Easy 5 stars 🙌

Savory Croissants
Got a peppermint matcha with oatmilk — best matcha I’ve ever had. If you don’t like matcha (for that fishy taste) the peppermint completely cancels it out, meanwhile the matcha and oatmilk perfectly balances the peppermint, so it’s still there but not overwhelming.
