For years it seemed like this Steak n Shake location gradually got worse each time we went to it. It was never clean, it didn’t smell good, and it was slow. We reluctantly tried it tonight because there weren’t many people there and we hoped we might have quicker service. Upon entering, it smelled good, the place was very clean, and we quickly noticed it was well-staffed. We placed our order within minutes of sitting down, and our food came out about 10 minutes after we ordered. It was excellent! The service and food were great. So glad to see this place has improved Highly recommend and will definitely be back! We really don't care for the tiny fries 🍟. The burgers were delicious and the unsweetened tea was fresh. I always ask for no bun and they did a good job. They separated all the vegetables also. To start I only ate here because my wife likes their food, I do not. That being said my chili cheese fries weren't very good, I didn't realize they used chili w/beans on their chili cheese fries...who tf does that? My burger was pretty decent, we sat at the bar so we watched the line cooks work, enjoyed that. I ordered a chocolate shake before we ordered our food, but it didn't arrive until after id finished eating and the busser had cleared my baskets...wasn't that great anyways drank a little then left it. The garlic burger is AHHHMAZING, and I topped it off with an Oreo shake. The service here was very friendly and we had our food pretty quick despite them being busy. Restaurant was clean, as well as the bathrooms. I’d definitely come back :) Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

Not just a burger, a Steak Burger! The food is always fresh and made when you order. The frisco melt is so tasty with cheesy goodness and the dipping sauce is right on. The shakes are over the top amazing! Servers are attentive and friendly and restaurant is clean. Wish they gave a bit more fries on the combos.
